Do you know the 5 components of fitness?
they are:
-muscular strength
-muscular endurance
-cardiovascular endurance

muscular strength is the maximum amount of force your muscle can generate in one attempt.
muscular endurance is the ability to keep your muscle contracting numerous times or for a prolonged period of time.
cardiovascular endurance is the ability of you heart and blood and lungs to work together to keep you moving at a fast pace for prolonged periods of time.
flexibility is the range of motion your joints have.
body composition is the amount of muscle and the amount of fat that your body is made of. the more fat you have, the worse your body composition is.

think about your current fitness plan and schedule, do you take all 5 components into account when you created your fitness schedule? do you remember to stretch after working out? do you do cardio? do you do strength training? do you watch your diet? think about this and apply the 5 components to help achieve your goals and feel better about your fitness level overall.
